Community Health Advocates RFP

CHA is seeking up to two non-profit legal services organizations to participate in the CHA program to serve as CHA Specialists. This funding opportunity is to provide individual consumer assistance, legal support, technical assistance, training, resources, and advice to advocates in the CHA network who work at community-based organizations throughout the state. Statewide organizations are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications are due 2/17/2026.
